So I haven’t posted here in a while. I wasn’t posting in anticipation of the move to the new server / hosting package… But unfortunately that was delayed because PayPal apparently hates me and I ended up having to close my PayPal account and open a new one. Then I bought a hosting package from the new company and decided that I wanted to get a different one, so I’m currently waiting to hear back from Holdfire about how/what I can do about upgrading to the different package. Hopefully they’ll just be able to upgrade me and I can pay the difference between the two accounts.
In the meantime, I’m working on a layout for this place that is my own. I’m just working on a comp of it right now since I’m using an illustration from iStockPhoto , and I haven’t 100% decided if I’m going to buy/download it yet. If I decide not to, then it’ll be back to the drawing board layout wise. I found a couple other illustrations over there that I love, but they’re just so expensive and I’m just so broke. But I still like to look at them all. Sometimes they do provide some inspiration, and luckily you can download comps to work with before you decide to buy.
